Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I pay? A: I accept cash and credit cards through PayPal. Q: When is my payment due? A: Payment is due in full prior to our 60-minute consultation. Q: Does this program use the Cry It Out method? A: If you view Cry It Out as putting your baby in their crib, shutting the door and leaving them to cry until the morning then NO my program is not a form of Cry It Out. We are all protective of our sleeping environment and we like the same things every night. Making a change to anyone's current sleep habits will be met with some protest. The same will be true for your child. However, I will never ask you to leave your child alone to cry if that is not something that feels right to you. Q: What do you charge for twins? A: I charge full price for one child and half price for the second child. Q: What are your qualifications? A: I was personally chosen to participate in a three day intensive training program with three months of mentorship from Dana Obleman, creator of the Sleep Sense Program. My methods are aligned with the best practices recommended by The American Academy of Pediatrics.
Q: Can I continue to co-sleep while sleep training my child? A. No. It is very tough to sleep train a child while co-sleeping. When families are ready to stop co-sleeping, then that’s where I come in to get baby transitioned to the crib. If putting baby in their own room is just too hard or not an option due to space we can definitely work with room sharing, just not bed sharing.
Q: Do you only help local families?
A: No. I am able to help anyone anywhere! As long as we can communicate via phone, Facetime, Skype, etc. I can help. However, the overnight packages (half and whole night) are only available to clients within 60 miles of Fayetteville, North Carolina.
